Q: I just placed an order, but I selected the wrong item or need to change the shipping address. Can I change it or cancel it?

A: We want to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible! To make that happen, our team starts processing orders as soon as they have been submitted. That means we can't change items, update shipping items, or cancel orders.

Q: I just placed an order. Will I get a confirmation from you?

A: Yes! After submitting an order, you'll be taken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a few moments, you'll also receive a confirmation email. After your order has finished processing and is ready to ship, you'll receive a second email that provides the USPS tracking information for your shipment. Q: I just placed an order. How will it be shipped to me?

A: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Your tracking email will provide you with the carrier and tracking information for your shipment.

Q: I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different addresses. How do I indicate that?

A: We are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, you'll need to place them as separate orders:.

Q: I want to use two credit cards for my online order. How do I do that?

A: We are only able to process one credit card per online order (this includes Visa or MasterCard gift cards). If you want to use two credit cards for an order, you'll need to separate your order into two orders.


Q: I have a discount code. How do I add that to my order?

A: Discount codes can be applied in the "Discount code" field on the Checkout screen.They must be applied before the order is submitted.When placing your order, enter the code and click the arrow to apply. You will see the discount applied and the total due change before you enter your payment information.

Q: I have two discount codes. How do I use both?

A: You can only use one discount code per order.


Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes! Electronic gift cards (e-gift cards) may be purchased through our website ( The e-gift card will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of submitting your order. We currently do not offer physical gift cards.

Q: What is your return policy for purchases made online?

A: Gift cards and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. All other unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund must be returned to the Jemma Jewelry Distribution Center within 30 days of receipt of product in original packaging with tags on.Jemma Jewelry has a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Q: I would like to exchange Jemma Jewelry that I received as a gift. How do I do that?

A: Contact Customer Service (; we are happy to help you look into your options!How long does it take for returns and exchanges to be processed? Please allow up to 15 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card/bank statement.


Q: How do I keep my Jemma Jewelry looking its best?

A: Because our  jewelry is .990 deep silver or gold plated, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. Therefore, we do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can remove the plating.

Q: Can you wear Jemma Jewelry in the shower?

A: We recommend taking your jewelry off before you get in the shower. Doing so will protect your jewelry’s shine by keeping it away from soaps, lotions, and hair products.
