Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via United States Postal Service (USPS). All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when their order has shipped.

Jemma Jewelry shipping rates start at $7.95 and are based on the retail value of the order.

Returns 

At Jemma Jewelry, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. 

You may exchange an item within 30 days of purchase provided it is returned in new condition and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

To make returns claim, please email returns@jemmajewelry.com with ALL of the following details:

• Order #
• Product SKU # and Product name
• Quantity of each
• Description of defect
• Photos of defects and entire product in question

If we are shipping a replacement product, we will need: name, address, e-mail and phone number.

If you are instructed to return the defective items to the warehouse, use proper packaging and the least expensive shipping method that still offers tracking.
